Developer plans first new housing community in Greenacres since 2006

Miami developer Stefan Hoyer is planning to build the first new housing community in Greenacres since 2006, the Palm Beach Post reported. The project, dubbed Verona Estates, will include 53 homes off Haverhill Road. “It’s a good sign,” Mayor Sam Ferreri said.
