DeBruyn produce takes 30,000-square-foot lease in Deerfield Beach

Food produce operator DeBruyn Produce Company has signed a 30,000-square-foot lease at Quiet Waters Business Park in Deerfield Beach, according to CBRE. The company will move this month into the space, which is located at 730 South Powerline Road. DeBruyn was represented by Larry Genet, an associate at CBRE, who led the representation team along with Tom O’Loughlin and Harry Tangalakis. CBRE First Vice President Tony Hoover is the exclusive landlord representative at the park. “We were aware of this upcoming availability that was perfectly suited for DeBruyn’s needs as a growing produce company,” Genet said. “We were able to secure below-market lease rates because of the minimal tenant improvement costs to the landlord.” DeBruyn is relocating from a nearby Class C property to the Class A Quiet Waters Business Park. — Alexander Britell
