Fortune International tapped at Miami’s Plaza 8 Street retail center

Fortune International has been named the exclusive agent for the Plaza 8 Neighborhood Shopping Center in western Miami. The property, which is located at 9600 SW 8 Street, has been listed for $10 million, according to Fabio Faerman, broker associate at Fortune. The retail center, which was built in 1988, is 96 percent leased. It includes a total of 120,725 square feet of space. — Alexander Britell
