KeyCorp Real Estate unloads Holiday Park Apartments in Fort Lauderdale

KeyCorp Real Estate Capital Markets has sold the Holiday Park Apartments in Fort Lauderdale for $850,000. The two-story, 12-unit property is located at 745 NE 15th Avenue. It was purchased by 745 NE Avenue, a limited liability company doing business as Maven Real Estate. Berger Commercial Realty’s Steve Hyatt, senior vice president, represented KeyCorp in the transaction. Berger’s Special Assets division had first served as receiver and manager on the property, which is located in central Fort Lauderdale. – Alexander Britell
