Keyes to market Hialeah’s Palmetto Plaza

Keyes Commercial’s Betty Gonzalez has been appointed the exclusive sales agent for the Palmetto Plaza retail center in Hialeah. The 23,205-square-foot property is located at 2150 West 76th Street. Anchor tenants include a pharmacy and the Westland Medical Center. The strip mall, which was constructed in 2009, has been listed for $5.85 million, according to Gonzalez, the director of office and retail investments at Keyes. — Alexander Britell
