“Subway Cafe” coming to South Beach

Sandwich chain Subway’s new concept is opening its first location in South Beach. The first “Subway Cafe” in Miami Beach will open at the corner of Washington Avenue and 15th Street, at a retail complex including tenants Five Guys, Cocolimon Frozen Yogurt and Spanish chain 100 Montaditos. Michael Comras, president of the Comras Company, represented the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. The new space is located at 409-411 15th Street. Comras was joined by Michael Silverman on the 1,238-square-foot deal. — Alexander Britell
