Miami’s Brickell Bay Office Tower signs 32,000 square feet in new leases

Downtown Miami’s Brickell Bay Office Tower has signed new leases totaling 31,642 square feet, the project announced. Of that amount, 24,396 square of leases were signed by companies that are new to the downtown Miami market. The new tenants include Domus Prime Services, a Houston-based health care firm, NEC Corporation, MP & Silva and Alvarez, Arrieta & Diaz-Silveira. Brickell Bay’s occupancy now stands at 97 percent. Tom Manos, a law firm, also signed a lease at the company. Christian Driussi, vice president for Brickell Bay Office Tower, represented the landlord. CBRE, ES Brokers, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas and Village Realty of South Florida all participated in the transactions. — Alexander Britell
