One Flagler leases 30,000 square feet of office and retail deals

Miami’s One Flagler building on Flagler Street has added more than 30,000 square feet of new leases in the last three months, led by legal tenants Tabas Freedman Soloff Miller & Brown and Wadsworth Huott. Tabas Freedman renewed and expanded its lease at the downtown Miami office tower to 11,584 feet, while Wadsworth Huott signed a lease to occupy 10,000 square feet on an entire floor.
