A condominium at the under-construction Bellini Williams Island project has sold for more than $760 per square foot, the highest per-square-foot price in Aventura since 2008. The 2,600-square-foot property, which sold for $2 million, is located on the 23rd floor of the Williams Island tower. “The record sale is indicative of the positive momentum seen in Miami-Dade County since 2008,” said Shannon Selby, COO of Bellini Williams Island. “Prices have risen for the eleventh consecutive month and the average sale price for condominiums has increased more than 20 percent.” Bellini is slated for completion in May. —Alexander Britell
