Senada Adžem named Florida’s top producer by Douglas Elliman

Douglas Elliman has named Senada Adžem, director at Douglas Elliman in Florida, it top producing agent in the state of Florida.  Adžem achieved a sales volume of over $50 million in 2012, thanks in part to her record-breaking $24.6 million sale at the St Regis in Bal Harbor. “Senada is that rare professional who brings experience, client-focused attention and dedication to the industry to deliver unparalleled results for herself, her clients and the company,” Vanessa Grout, CEO of Douglas Elliman in Florida, said.

During her six years in the luxury residential real estate business, Adžem has sold more than $200 million in residential properties. Before moving to Elliman in January of last year,  Adžem was in the top 1 percent of sales producers at Corcoran Group. Adžem was also formerly the vice president of Trump International where she marketed Donald Trump’s condominium developments, including Trump Fort Lauderdale and Trump Soho. —Christopher Cameron
