Boston Consulting inks deal at 600 Brickell

Boston Consulting Group has closed a lease agreement for 5,710 square feet at the Foram Group’s 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza, Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented the property, announced today. The financial terms of the lease at the 631,866-square-foot, 40-story tower were not disclosed.

The building’s other tenants include law firm Hogan Lovells, Crédit Agricole Private Banking Miami, New York-based commercial and construction mortgage lender Doral Money and global mediation and arbitration service provider JAMS.

“Boston Consulting Group’s decision to relocate its Miami office to 600 Brickell is the latest in a steady string of high-profile domestic and international users who have decided to lease space at the market’s most centrally located, technologically advanced office building,” Jones Lang LaSalle’s executive vice president Glenn Gregory said. “We expect this trend to continue as office market dynamics improve, the economy further stabilizes, and Miami’s prominence as a hub for worldwide business strengthens.” —Christopher Cameron
