Brazilians top visitors to Miami listings site

Brazilians are the largest group of foreign prospective land buyers in Miami, according to data on web visitors from the Miami Association of Realtors’ site.

Even among non-foreign consumers, Brazilians top U.S. residents as consumers hunting for real estate on Miamire.com in the month of June. Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela trail Brazil among foreigners. Following them are Russia, Malaysia, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom, in order.

In June last year, Colombia held the top spot; Brazil was No. 3, behind Canada, the release said. — Mark Maurer
