Matt Damon drops price of Miami Beach home

Unable to find a buyer, Matt Damon has reduced the asking price for his Miami Beach mansion by $1 million.

The longtime movie star is now listing the waterfront home on the city’s exclusive North Bay Road for about $19 million, Gossip Extra reported. Damon first listed the 12,700-square-foot mansion for $20 million in April.

Damon, 43, constructed the home after purchasing two vacant properties in 2005 for a combined $14.6 million. The mansion has 170 feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay. [Gossip Extra] — Eric Kalis
