For the Bath Club Estates project, Peebles plans to construct 13 oversized homes next to the Bath Club luxury condo tower. The homes are priced between $8 million and $30 million. Starchitect Hadid designed the 60-story One Thousand Museum tower across from the new Perez Art Museum Miami.

Other high-end projects that grabbed the Post’s attention include the Related Group’s Marea in South Beach, Eduardo Constantini’s Oceana Bal Harbour in Bal Harbour and Fortune International’s Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach. [New York Post]Eric Kalis
