Many real estate developers and brokers used Art Basel Miami Beach to make a big sales push, and Aria Development Group was no exception.

Miami and New York-based Aria hosted a party at Milo’s Restaurant in the South of Fifth area of Miami Beach during the annual art show. Aria held the event to promote its luxury 321 Ocean project. Click here for more photos of the event on The Real Deal’s South Florida Facebook page.

Shortly before sitting down with The Real Deal for an interview, Aria principal David Arditi received a verbal offer from an undisclosed buyer for two 321 Ocean units. The company has five remaining unsold condos at the project, which has been under construction since October. One of the available units is the $25 million penthouse.
