GrayRobinson signs lease at Wells Fargo Center

Law firm GrayRobinson is relocating its Miami office to Wells Fargo Center.

The firm signed a 35,358-square-foot lease at the downtown Miami office tower, Globe St. reported. GrayRobinson is scheduled to move from 1221 Brickell Avenue to Wells Fargo Center in January 2015. It opened the 1221 Brickell office six years ago.

GrayRobinson plans to occupy the 31st and 32nd floors of the tower and has expansion options on two additional floors. It is also leasing temporary space at Wells Fargo Center starting this month before moving the entire Miami-based staff early next year.
