The most expensive home to hit the South Florida market today was a single-family mansion in Key Biscayne for $25 million. Barbara Lamar with One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom oceanfront property at 7 Harbor Point is located on the island’s “most exclusive street” on a 23,000-square-foot lot attached to a private beach and dock. The 10,674-square-foot house features a covered entry bridge over a lit pond, double-height ceilings, indoor and outdoor wet bar, views of Miami from frameless glass walls and an infinity pool. (Condo Vultures data include condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, as well as Monroe County that are newly listed. Listings are taken from the South Florida MLS.) — Angela Hunt
