A home on Key Biscayne’s Mashta Island sold for $10 million last week, The Real Deal has learned.
The sellers, Luis and Clara Lamela, paid about $1.7 million for the 715 North Mashta Drive property in 1998, according to Miami-Dade County records. They constructed a two-story, 6,965-square-foot home seven years later. The sale of the six-bedroom residence closed last Wednesday.
Keylago LLC is the buyer. State corporate records identify Carolina Herrera Dibos and Rafael Navarro Grau Dyer as managers of the Key Biscayne-based company. No financing was recorded.
Douglas Kinsley and Cristian Gonzalez-Black of Fortune International Realty listed the home. Giulietta Ulloa of EWM Realty International represented the buyer.
