A new 253-home development in Tamarac is working to attract buyers who are new to the housing market.

Central Parc – where prices range from $247,000 to $305,000 – is hosting a free seminar Wednesday to answer questions about the home-buying process for first-time homebuyers and young families, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

“Most renters today don’t really understand home buying,” said Michael Nunziata, division president for Central Communities, located at the northwest corner of Commercial Boulevard and Florida’s Turnpike. “There’s that fear factor.” [Sun-Sentinel] – Christopher Cameron
