Boca Raton office building trades for $33M

A downtown Boca Raton office building changed hands for more than $33 million, The Real Deal has learned.

GLL BVK Properties of Orlando took a hit on the $36.7 million it paid for the 555 South Federal Highway property in June 2005, according to Palm Beach County records. The sale of the 116,000-square-foot building was recorded on Tuesday. No financing was recorded.

The buyer is 595 Financial Plaza LLC of Boca Raton. State corporate records identify John Slavik as the company’s manager.

Located on 2.2 acres, the building was originally constructed in 1968. Tenants include Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
