South Florida home sales slipping

Active listings of housing inventory for the South Florida area dipped last week to 44,489, newly published figures reveal.

Week-over-week pending sales declined from 18,507 to 18,348 for the seven-day period ending Monday, according to weekly data from Condo Vultures. Over the past four weeks, pending sales fluctuated but are down 71 from the week ending Nov. 10.

The South Florida area, which includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, had 44,717 active listings during the week ending Nov. 24. – Chris Guanche
