While Miami is a poster city for foreign investment, Broward County is experiencing its own influx of such investors thanks to new developments including the luxury condos at Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach, the Central Parc single-family-home community and the $1 billion Metropica development in Sunrise.

For those investors looking for opportunities in a market where available debt is scarce, high-end properties in Broward County are especially appealing. Arnaud Karsenti, 13th Floor Investments’ managing principal, said at a recent panel that high-end product in Broward is significantly cheaper than Miami’s offerings on a per square foot basis.

But Broward buyers should still expect to pay big bucks for premium properties – perhaps just not as big. Here are the top five most expensive listings in Broward County during the month of November, according to Zillow data.
