Miami among most overvalued regions for homes

South Florida home prices were 10 percent overvalued during the last quarter of 2014, Trulia reported, making it 10th on the list of metro areas with the most overvalued homes. Austin ranked first, and Orange County second, with home values 16 and 15 percent overvalued respectively.

Palm Beach County home prices were 1 percent undervalued at the end of 2014, but at the height of the market in 2006, Palm Beach was 72 percent overvalued, according to the report. [Palm Beach Post] — Kristina Puga
