Metro 1 promoted Stacey Glassman Mizener, making her the company’s first community executive director. Mizener is now responsible for all fundraising and programming for the company’s community outreach branch. She was previously vice president of marketing and business development for Metro 1, and prior to that, associate vice president of development for the New World Symphony.

RelatedISG International Realty hired Rubens Jacob as a realtor associate. Jacob entered the Miami real estate industry in 2000 as a developer for a townhouse project in Palm Springs.

Marcia Williams joined Rivergate | KW Management, a multi-family property management company, as its president. Williams, who will concentrate on institutional and private capital management clients, last worked at Greystar as senior director of real estate.

Miller Construction Company hired project manager Doel Acosta and controller Preeti Jain to its management team. Acosta was previously a project manager with JE Dunn Construction in Dallas, Texas. Jain was last a senior accountant with the University of Miami Hospital.

CBRE made a few hires recently: Grant Killingsworth joined as first vice president on the Occupier Services team in South Florida, where he will focus on tenant representation. Killingsworth was previously a senior vice president at JLL. The real estate company also hired Kevin Morris, an affordable housing specialist, as vice president on the Capital Markets team in Fort Lauderdale. Morris was last with Marcus & Millichap. Greg Miller joined CBRE’s South Florida investment properties team as an associate. He relocated from CBRE’s Pittsburgh office.
