Entire floor at Regalia tower in Sunny Isles sells for $12M

The Regalia luxury condo tower’s model unit just sold for $12 million. 

The 5,500-square-foot fully furnished residence, designed by Troy Dean Interiors, takes up the entire 24th floor of Regalia in Sunny Isles Beach. It’s surrounded by a 2,100-square-foot terrace, has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, 360-degree views, and comes equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and floor-to-ceiling windows, according to a press release.

The model unit was the last to be openly marketed after reservations quickly filled the building last year.

Each of the 43-story tower’s 39 units takes up an entire floor. Construction of the 202,300-square-foot building was completed in May of 2014 after construction began in 2011. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
