Ryan Cooper will be Corcoran Group’s director of marketing and advertising for the South Florida region. Cooper will oversee marketing and advertising planning and execution for the Corcoran Palm Beach and Delray Beach offices.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance hired Glenn H. Gregory as an executive managing director of CBC Alliance’s Miami office. Gregory will focus on evaluating, developing, and executing real estate strategies for owners, investors and occupiers of office space.

Douglas Elliman hired Ronald Bachrad as director of luxury sales of the firm’s Boca Raton office. Bachrad has worked for real estate firms in Boca Raton including Arvida Realty Sales, Coldwell Banker and Lang Realty, Inc.

Adam “AJ” Mueller was promoted to partner of South Florida-based Amicon Construction. Mueller is also Amicon’s vice president of construction. He started with the company in 2003 as a project superintendent.

Avatar Real Estate Services hired Nalisa Saati as a Realtor-Associate in the company’s Coconut Grove office. Prior to joining Avatar, Saati worked at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a team member on one of its top tenant representation teams. Saati managed high-level commercial real estate marketing and analysis, coordinated the team’s on-going communication and spearheaded the development of market planning, research and incentive negotiations.
