Michael Grinberg joined Opulence International Realty as a sales associate. Prior to joining forces with OIR, Grinberg owned an event production company specializing in organizing and putting on large scale music concerts throughout Florida.

Rebecca Baughman, who previously worked in Hollywood, California joined the Las Olas-based operation of EWM Realty International/Christie’s as a real estate associate, EWM President Ron Shuffield announced to the company. Baughman reached $5 million in sales in her first year in real estate with the firm Better Homes and Gardens Florida First.

Marcus & Millichap promoted Sean Delaney, first vice president of investments, to expand the Mele Storage Group brand into the Midwest. Delaney will partner with Michael Mele and serve as a broker, marketing self-storage properties in the firm’s Chicago office.

LandQwest Commercial hired Bill Robbins in its Tampa office as a senior retail specialist. Robbins is an attorney with experience in property acquisition, management and leasing.
