An office building in the Arvida Executive Center in Boca Raton sold for $6.2 million, or $2.2 million more than its last transaction in 2004. 

Palm Beach County records show that 2201 Corporate Realty Associates sold the 1.5-acre property at 2201 Northwest Corporate Boulevard to New York-based 2085 Lex Operating Corp.

The seller lists Boca Raton developer Glenn Gromann on its corporate records. Gromann is involved with projects such as Villa Toscana, the Milan at Town Center and Fort Pierce Medical Center.

The 27,422-square-foot building was constructed in 1982, according to Palm Beach County property records. It last sold for $4.4 million in July 2004.
