Tiger Woods is about to tee off into the restaurant business.

The golfer’s new eatery, the Woods Jupiter, is opening Monday in Jupiter’s Harbourside Place, offering “new American cuisine.” It’s geared to allow patrons to dine while watching sporting events on television screens planted throughout the restaurant.

The sports and dining club, at 129 Soundings Avenue, will offer booth and table seating, an indoor/outdoor lounge and private dining room, according to a release.

“I know Harbourside Place, and the Jupiter-area community, is the perfect location for my sports and dining club…. I wanted to build it locally where I live and where it could help support the community,” Woods said in a statement.

The Woods Jupiter will be open just for dinner, initially. Lunch service will begin on Sept. 12. The restaurant plans to be open until 11 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Local craft draft beers, wine and cocktails will be available.

Woods has also signed a lease for his company, Tiger Woods Design, to move to the Harbourside Place entertainment complex. The company sells merchandise, designs golf courses and markets Woods’ name. Its office will be above the Bravo! Cucina Italiana restaurant.
