Avatar Real Estate Services hired Michael Romero as a Realtor associate. Romero previously worked with Right Way Seamless Gutters, a rain gutter company.

Scott Correale was tapped as CBRE’s first Florida sales director. Correale was previously vice president of sales, new customer acquisition and development for TESSCO Technologies. He will oversee CBRE’s sales management strategy for its occupier/tenant representation.

Gunster added Maria Alejandra Acevedo as a shareholder in the firm’s Miami office, which focuses on real estate, corporate and international practices. Acevedo represents real estate investors for commercial transacations and with private equity funds for hospitality projects throughout Latin America.

Sue Stromberg has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty as a real estate sales professional. She specializes in the southwest and southeast regions of Fort Lauderdale, and previously worked for Castelli Real Estate Services in Wilton Manors, as well as Coldwell Banker.

RE/MAX Advance Realty hired a new team for South Florida. Agents Edward Ferenczi, Mory Machado, Dinora Stack and Rosa Diaz will focuse on Miami’s luxury market, high net worth individuals and international clients.

Colliers International South Florida tapped Ryan Goggins as a senior associate. Goggins joins Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik’s team and will be based in the Fort Lauderdale office.
