PHOTOS: On the scene at Panorama Tower’s EB-5 launch

City of Miami officials and Florida East Coast Realty executives celebrated the launch of the EB-5 private placement for the developer’s Panorama Tower recently.

When completed, the 83-story tower will house 821 rental units, 100,000 square feet of medical offices, 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the bottom two floors, and a 2,000-space parking garage. The building’s residential portion will sit on top of a 19-story podium where the retail, office and parking spaces will be located. FECR plans to finish the $800 million project by 2018.

The developer recently received a $340 million construction loan arranged by Wells Fargo Bank. Zyscovich Architects will be responsible for quality control, interior design, specifications, furniture, fixtures and equipment. — Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
