After selling his 9,800-square-foot mansion in Golden Beach last week, celebrity radio host Tom Joyner has picked up another waterfront property in the exclusive town north of Sunny Isles Beach.

Joyner paid $10.5 million for a home at 469 Ocean Boulevard on Thursday, according to Miami-Dade County records. 469 Ocean Blvd. LLC, led by Jaime and Cheryl Peisach of Aventura, sold the 14,050-square-foot property, corporate records show.

The three-story residence, built in 2007, last sold for $6.8 million in April 2014, according to Miami-Dade property records. It was not on the market and had been rented out until the sale closed last week, Realtor Rossana Franco told The Real Deal. The MLS shows a monthly rental listing of $50,000.

Franco and Sandra Rub of Double Power Miami represented Joyner in the purchase. Franco also represented Joyner in the $21 million sale of his mansion at 307 Ocean Boulevard last week, she told TRD.

“I called him right away because I knew how much he loved Golden Beach,” Franco said. Both properties are waterfront and were designed by the same architect, she said.

Joyner also owns a 3,771-square-foot home at 210 Ocean Boulevard.
