Mixed martial arts leader Jeff Aronson has just put his Parkland mansion on the market for $4.25 million.

Aronson is CEO of Titan Fighting Championship, a Pompano Beach-based martial arts promotion company. He was also the founder of Cash4Gold, whose assets were sold through an assignment for the benefit of creditors in 2012. Its assets were purchased by Direct Holdings Global, according to Fortune.

The gated, 12,226-square-foot, two-story Mediterranean estate sits on two acres at 9136 Northwest 66th Lane in Landmark Ranches. The neighborhood is home to several athletes and top fighters, including Vitor Belfort, according to Senada Adžem, a director at Douglas Elliman, who listed the home on Friday.

Built in 2010, the seven-bedroom, five-bathroom and four half-bathroom mansion features an outdoor pool with eight water features, and a separate, 2,922-square-foot guest home.

Broward County property records show that a trust in Aronson’s name bought the home in 2009 for $3.9 million.

Adžem said he is moving to Boca Raton to be closer to his children.

“It’s an interesting mix of Georgian-inspired and contemporary feel, very unusual architecture,” she said. “What he found very important is privacy, so there is very lush landscaping around the property, and even though it is on a lake, he didn’t want the lake to be seen.”
