Northeast broker enters Florida market in Naples

Connecticut-based William Raveis Real Estate plans to open 30 Florida offices

William Raveis Real Estate, a family-owned real estate brokerage firm in the Northeast, plans to expand to Naples next month and to open 30 offices across Florida over the next 10 years.

William Raveis will open its first Florida office at 720 5th Avenue South in Naples, the Connecticut-based brokerage firm’s first location outside the Northeast.

In connection with next month’s office opening in Naples, the firm appointed both Matt Lane and Molly Lane as vice president and General Manager of William Raveis – Florida.

Founded in 1974 in Fairfield, Connecticut, William Raveis since has expanded with offices in New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Vermont and Maine.

The firm plans to put its presence in the Northeast to work in Florida.
