The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Miami-Dade County’s condo market saw a $25 million dip in sales volume last week, with only one unit fetching a price higher than $2 million.

That priciest unit, located at the Hilton Bentley tower in Miami Beach, was also a former hangout for Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian of the famous Kardashian clan.

Jeff Miller and David Veit of Brown Harris Stevens Zilbert had the listing for unit 1001 at the tower, which was on the market for just over two months before closing at $5.9 million — without a cent discounted off its asking price. The penthouse boasts modern interiors, ocean views and rooftop access to a private pool. The price equates to a whopping $3,138 per square foot.

Next on the list was a $1.55 million residence at the Bath Club in Miami Beach. Unit 901 at the building had been on the market for more than a year with an asking price of just under $1.8 million. Douglas Kinsley of Fortune International Realty had the listing for this residence, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, marble floors and bay views. Its price breaks down to $752 per square foot.

And the week’s third-most expensive deal was for unit 1902 in the Yacht Club at Portofino complex in Miami Beach. After 428 days on the market under George Thomas of DMT Real Estate Services, the waterfront residence sold for $1.15 million, or about $1,017 per square foot.

Miami-Dade saw 145 sales last week for a total of $47 million. Compared to the previous week, sales volume fell by $26 million and 57 closings. Average prices were $323,950 per unit and $265 per square foot.
