Doral’s Miami International Mall has announced a trio of new tenants, including a pizza shop and an eatery dedicated entirely to Tiramisu.

The new lessees include Tea Gallery, a kiosk that serves Great Britain’s favorite beverage; Tiramisu Academy Milano, a dessert store that specializes in the Italian-born coffee treat; and Rise Pies, a build-your-own pizza shop that bakes its pies in a wood-fired oven.

Tea Gallery and Tiramisu both recently opened their doors, while Rise Pies is expected to finish building out its 2,255-square-foot location by this summer.

The announcements follow a slew of tenant shake-ups at the mall, located at 1455 Northwest 107th Avenue: clothing store Justice moved into the former 3,533-square-foot Old Navy location, women’s fashion shop Slender Boutique opened in a 2,288-square-foot spot next to the Macy’s Men’s Home & Furniture store, and the Eyebrow Design beauty salon is planning on opening a 1,736-square-foot next month near the Disney Store.

Miami International Mall, which boasts roughly 1 million square feet of retail space, is owned by Simon Property Group. The real estate heavyweight also has stakes in most of Miami-Dade County’s other major shopping centers: Aventura Mall, Sawgrass Mills, Dadeland Mall and The Falls.— Sean Stewart-Muniz
