Ten-X set to auction industrial building in Palm Bay

Ten-X, formerly known as Auction.com, will offer a manufacturing facility in Brevard County for sale in an online auction scheduled for May 2-4.

The 68,718-square-foot building, located at 3520 Dixie Highway in Palm Bay, has a tenant in place with a 15-year lease. The 9.43-acre site has zoning that permits commercial and industrial uses. The property includes a 2,000-square-foot standalone storage facility.

“The seller initially purchased 3520 Dixie Highway vacant on the Ten-X platform, added a long-term tenant and property improvements, and is now selling it on the Ten-X platform,” Gordon Smith, general manager of the Ten-X Commercial Real Estate Division, said in a prepared statement.

Mike Ullian of The Ullian Realty Corp. has partnered with Mark Carbone of Ten-X to market the Palm Bay property.
