DeCaro will conduct an April 30 auction of the estate, called Palazzo Di Mare, located at 2150 South Highway A1A in Vero Beach.

The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom main house spans 24,000 square feet and occupies five acres landscaped with a mix of native flowers, plants and palm trees.

“Palazzo Di Mare translates to ‘Palace by the Sea’ in Italian, which suits the estate’s castle-like appearance that took five years to develop, and its unmatched views of the Atlantic Ocean,” said Daniel DeCaro, CEO and founder of DeCaro Luxury Auctions, said in a press release announcing the April 30 auction.

At the entrance of Palazzo Di Mare are two drive-down ramps that lead to an underground, climate-controlled car collector’s garage with parking for 14 cars. The entryway to the house is 35 feet tall and features an award-winning Schonbek Chandelier.
