Medical and professional tenants comprise many of the businesses at Plantation Professional Park, located three miles from Westside Regional Medical Center.

Cushman & Wakefield research shows Plantation is among Broward County’s top-performing office sub-markets.

“With no new office product and limited existing Cass A space, Cushman & Wakefield foresees demand for quality Class B space to strengthen and key fundamentals to improve market-wide,” Valerie Tatum, a senior Cushman research analyst, wrote in a first-quarter report on the Broward County office market.
