A supplier of reading glasses and related products took an additional 8,145 square feet of space at the Miramar Park of Commerce, where the supplier now occupies more than 70,000 square feet.

NEOPTX, LLC, a tenant of the industrial park for almost 20 years, also supplies sunglasses, safety glasses, lenses and eye care products. Started in 1989, NEOPTX was honored in 2012 as Walmart’s optical supplier of the year.

The company last expanded its space at the Miramar Park of Commerce by more than 20,000 square feet in May 2014.

Sunbeam Properties has expanded the Miramar Park of Commerce to more than five million square feet since starting construction of the industrial park in 1984. Tenants include American Express, Black & Decker, Humana, Pepperidge Farm, Quest Diagnostics, Neiman Marcus, Nissan, Tommy Hilfiger, Toyota and Rolls Royce Commercial Marine.
