Inside look at Compass’ first new development council summit in Sunny Isles: PHOTOS

As if bringing together a summit of heads of state, Compass recently brought together 30 agents from its offices in luxury markets throughout the U.S. for the first-ever meeting of its “New Development Council North America” in Sunny Isles Beach.

The council meeting, hosted by Dezer Development at the Trump International Beach Resort, was a two-day affair in which brokers from as far as California and Washington D.C. came to discuss the general state of their luxury markets and talk shop about marketing real estate.

Showcased at the talks was a newly designed app from software company Evolution Ventures, specifically made to help agents market Dezer’s Residences by Armani/Casa with interactive and “persuasive” presentations.

Dezer can also control inventory and pricing through the app, while agents can access all the condo documents needed for a unit sale or make a reservation at the development through its interface.

In attendance was Beth Butler, president of Compass Florida, as was Justin D’Adamo, the brokerage’s senior managing director of new development. Keynote speeches were made by Gil Dezer and market analyst Jack McCabe. – Sean Stewart-Muniz
