CK Prive Group, a joint-venture developer of office buildings, just paid $8.5 million for a sizable trailer park near Aventura Mall.

Working through an affiliated company, CK Prive bought the Dixie Mobile Court trailer park at 19640 West Dixie Highway in Ojus from a trio of investors, including Pedro Purto, Betty Gore and Ronald Gore, according to county records.

The park has about 50 lots for rent where RV owners can park their mobile homes. More importantly for the CK Prive Group, Dixie Mobile Court occupies about 2.2 acres of land within walking distance to the Aventura Mall, as well as its 12-story Forum Aventura office condo that’s being developed two parcels to the north.
