On the scene at Park Grove’s intimate art talk: PHOTOS

When luxury finishes aren’t enough for the buyers of multimillion-dollar condos, a dash of carefully curated art could help turn some heads.

Such was the topic of discussion for a recent intimate talk from artist Michele Oka Doner at the penthouse sales gallery for Park Grove, the upcoming three-tower condominium project developed by Terra Group and the Related Group.

Doner showcased 12 of her art pieces that Park Grove acquired for its private collection and participated in a Q&A with Beth Dunlop, editor of Modern Magazine, where she talked about the inspirations that drive her artwork.

The event was catered with cocktails and Doner signed copies of her new book, Into The Mysterium, which were handed out to guests. Some of the noteworthy attendees included Patrick Campbell, vice president of the Related Group; Cathy Strafaci, the project’s director of sales; Patricia Hanna, art director for Related; and Cristine Pacheco, owner of the PacheCompany branding firm.

Park Grove, which started construction last year, is a three-tower development with 284 units. Its slated for completion in 2017.
