As CK Prive Group nears groundbreaking for its Forum Aventura office condo project in Ojus, the developer has launched a sales gallery to drum up sales for the remaining space.

The sales gallery is located at 18145 Biscayne Boulevard within an Aventura shopping center. CK Prive said it built out a roughly 1,000-square-foot space there designed by Arquitectonica Interiors. Its reception area has a Statuarietto marble wall, basaltic lava stone floors and five flat screens showing renderings of the project, according to a press release. The conference room features artwork commissioned from Mariano Ferrante, the Argentinian painter who’s also working on large-scale murals for Forum Aventura when it’s built.

In May, CK Prive began converting reservations to contracts for its 12-story Class A office condo, which had sold 70 percent of its 95,000 square feet at the time.  The developer said current sales stand at about 50 percent. Plans also call for two retail condos on the ground floor and a 5,000-square-foot lobby.

Space at the building ranges from 550 square feet to 1,300 square feet for a single office, though there’s an option to combine units up to 8,500 square feet. Prices start at $300,000 per unit.

The project’s site is located at 19790 West Dixie Highway in Ojus, an unincorporated neighborhood that sits just west of Aventura. CK Prive, which is a partnership between the CK Holding Group and Prive Land Banking, picked up the 37,684-square-foot development site early last year for $2.38 million.
