If living on the beach is too expensive, condo shoppers in the Miami area can buy from developers who will shuttle them to and from the sand and surf.

For example, the developer of Louver House, a boutique condo south of 5th Street in South Beach, plans to offer a “beach concierge” service to residents.

The service will include chauffeured rides to the beach, a 10-minute walk from the site of Louver House, which is  still in development. The service also will provide residents with umbrellas, towels, sun beds and dining choices.

Mast Capital, the developer of Louver House, aims to “offer residents the true Miami experience year-round,” Camilo Miguel Jr., chief executive officer and founder of Mast, told Mansion Global.

Mast has started offering a similar beach concierge service to buyers at 3900 Alton, a non-oceanfront condo development in the mid-section of Miami Beach.

Buyers at 3900 Alton will have a chauffeur-driven “Tesla house car” taking residents to and from the beach club at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach.

Related Group will offer shuttle service between the beach and the developer’s SLS LUX Brickell condo project, Related executive Carlos Rosso told Mansion Global.

Rosso also said residents of Related’s Icon Bay condominium in Miami’s Edgewater area, will have a membership the SLS South Beach hotel, which will includes access to cabanas and lounges, beachside and poolside towel service, and snack food.

Related also is offering access to the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne to buyers at Related’s 1100 Millecento condo development in Miami’s Brickell area.

Rosso told the Mansion Global that Related is “always trying to come up with ways to give the beach to buyers.” [Mansion Global] — Mike Seemuth
