Construction is complete on the Wolfington Companies’ new office, a 10,000-square-foot penthouse in downtown Miami.

MV Group just completed the $7 million project for media and tech entrepreneur/multimillionaire Sean Wolfington, according to a press release. Wolfington owns interests in companies in the technology, automotive, real estate and entertainment industries. The penthouse unit includes event space for private art exhibits, celebrity events, a kitchen, and the corporate headquarters for CarSaver.com.

The office at 900 Biscayne took about a year to be completed, project manager Kitzie Perez told The Real Deal. It features hardwood floors, hexagon kitchen tiles, Carrera marble, and linen wallpaper. The company was operating at a previous space at 1200 Biscayne while the new one was being built out, Perez said.

Andres Asion of Fortune International Realty represented the buyer and seller of the office condo, he told TRD.

Wolfington is known for selling four digital marketing companies for a combined $500 million. Perez said he wanted the space to have smart features, so lighting and music can be controlled depending on the time of day, clientele or event.

MV Group is also developing a mixed-use project under construction in the Design District.
