The luxury condo tower is being developed by Terra Group in partnership with Bizzi & Partners and New Valley, an investment company owned by Vector Group, which owns Douglas Elliman. The 70-unit, 20-story oceanfront tower will be built next to North Shore Open Space Park in Miami Beach. Units will range in size from 1,400 square feet to 7,000 square feet. RDAI is designing the project’s interiors.

Terra closed on a $91 million construction loan in January.

The gallery features a trellis-enclosed entrance, model kitchen and bathroom, light oak and terrazzo floors, custom Hermès pieces and furnishings that will be used at the Renzo Piano-designed tower. – Katherine Kallergis
