JMH Development tops off 300 Collins: PHOTOS

JMH Development topped off its Three Hundred Collins condo project in Miami Beach.

JMH, led by Jason Halpern, broke ground on the five-story, 19-unit building in February. Prime 112 catered the topping off celebration, hosted by JMH and One Sotheby’s International Realty. Three Hundred Collins is more than 80 percent sold, according to a press release.

Units range in price from $1.7 million to more than $9 million, with features like white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom kitchens and marble bathrooms. Sizes range from 995 square feet to more than 3,700 square feet. Amenities at the building will include a ground-floor concierge, fitness center, rooftop deck with cabanas and a 75-foot pool. It was designed by architect Thomas Juul-Hansen and marks his residential project in Miami.

The building is slated to open next year. Residents will include restaurateur Myles Chefetz, who signed a $3 million contract for a unit at Three Hundred Collins in December 2015.

In April, Halpern closed on a $26 million loan for the project, at 320 Collins Avenue. Stonegate Bank is the lender. – Katherine Kallergis
