On the scene of Echo Aventura’s model tour: PHOTOS

In an effort to sell the last remaining condos at Echo Aventura, developer PMG recently held a broker tour through the condo project’s Artefacto-designed model units.

More than a dozen agents and their guests showed up to the outing for a night of cocktails, live music and glad-handing. Attendees got a chance to check out Echo Aventura’s collection of model units, all of which were designed and furnished by Artefacto.

The lakefront development was completed by PMG last year and has sold the majority of its 190 units, with prices averaging between $700 and $800 per square foot. In July, the developer took out a $24.2 million loan against its unsold inventory to buy more time to sell its last 20 units.
