Pharrell Williams just sold a condo at the Bristol in Brickell for $415,000, listing broker Dora Puig told The Real Deal

The singer-songwriter, producer and coach on “The Voice” sold his 1,230-square-foot, two-bedroom unit Friday morning. Williams used the condo as a guest apartment, Puig, owner of Luxe Living Realty, told TRD. She brokered the deal with Katie Lillis, also of Luxe Living Realty. Ocean Max Realty represented the buyer.

Unit 504 at the Bristol, 2127 Brickell Avenue in Miami, sold for about $337 per square foot to a buyer from Ecuador. Puig declined to name the buyer. The condo hit the market in November 2015 for $650,000, according to Realtor.com. That means it sold for a 36 percent discount from the original asking price.

Property records show Williams paid $170,000 for the unit in 1994 through PWContinuum I LLC, the same entity he used to buy a penthouse in the building. Williams sold the two-story penthouse, unit 4000, in June for $9.25 million. Puig also represented the Grammy award winner in that sale. His condo featured a Venetian plaster spiral staircase leading up to a translucent dome, a rooftop terrace with a pool and home theater.

Puig said the guest apartment was Williams’ last Miami property, and that he’s “not yet” planning on buying another home in South Florida.

Developer Ugo Colombo completed the Bristol in 1993.
